It was incredibly useful to support the self-evaluation process and have the opportunity to experience the challenging questions of an Ofsted inspection without the pressure of an Ofsted judgement at the end! Prior to the Review, I had felt quite anxious but Sharon was so lovely and I can honestly say that the whole process was very supportive and not negative in any way. Following the Review I felt confident in my judgement, had clear action points to move forward with and above all I felt very well-prepared for our next Ofsted inspection.'
